Massage can facilitate mobility, awareness, and reduction of pain. Targeted exercises can support balance, mind-body connection, and stability. Using techniques specifically tailored to your anatomy we can start addressing upstream sources of pain and discomfort. My goal is to help clients find their optimal wellness through a deeper understanding of their movement patterns and lifestyle choices. Manual Therapy
My approach is based on a background in massage therapy and specialized training in fascial anatomy. I’ll help balance the lines of tension through your body and apply holistic techniques to improve body-mind coordination.
Alignment Training
Using a specialized set of guided stretches and exercises, I will train you in techniques that can decompress the spine, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. These will help you strengthen and support your ‘problem’ areas so you can spend more time doing what you love.
